1880S Wearing Blanket Weaving
Highest quality, one-of-a-kind treasured collectible sure to become a family heirloom. This found vintage weaving is handwoven from hand-spun, natural Churro wool. It was made to be worn and is called a “banded serape” or “wearing blanket”. The orange and red colors are aniline dyes, which were introduced to weavers in the 1870s.
